Bombay Punch

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Of Brandy
  • 4 Cups Of Sherry
  • 1/2 Cup Of Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/2 Cup Of Triple Sec
  • 4 Bottles Of Champagne (Chilled - 75cl. Bottles)
  • 8 Cups Of Club Soda
  • Juice Of 12 Lemons
  • Powdered Sugar (To Sweeten The Lemon Juice)

How to build this mixed drink:

Stir the lemon juice and the sugar in a large punch bowl. Add a block of ice then all the other ingredients. Stir vigorously. Garnish with fruit of the season, and serve in punch cups. This punch should make approximately 60 servings.
