Drink Dictionary: Letter E

Earl Grey: A blend of black teas flavored with oil of bergamot.

Egg White: The outer, clear part of the egg. Often used in fizzes.

Egg Yolk: The inner, yellow part of the egg. This is the high-cholesterol part of the egg that is not often used in drinks.

Everclear: Everclear is 95% pure grain alcohol. (190 proof). It is colorless and flavorless, though inhalation will produce an astringent sensation in the nose. It is highly flammable. On a side note, does it irritate anyone else that flammable and inflammable both mean the same thing?
